HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
After decades of developing and improving hospitality operations and resort destinations, Paloma Resort Properties understands the dedication and effort involved in effective third-party management. We take an accurate look at each property relative to its marketplace and the economy and create a unique set of solutions for that venue to drive not only performance, but the overall guest experience. From long-range planning, budgeting and accounting to marketing, branding, and food and beverage, we manage all aspects of the business while at the same time, grow a property for reinvestment.
HOW DOES PALOMA TAKE HOSPITALITY TO THE NEXT LEVEL?
PEOPLE

We invest in people, both staff and guests. Put the right people in a room, and novel solutions take wing. Likewise, build the property and amenities around the consumer, and the bottom line sings.
GOLF

Paloma’s unique understanding of the golf customer profile provides critical insight for hotels looking to bolster group business and related merchandising through cross-integration.
INFLUENCE

Paloma connects our sporty, clubby and sophisticated golf lifestyle to your hotel brand. Whether or not your property offers a golf component, it benefits by association.
SUSTENANCE

Our food and beverage acumen feeds a five-star guest experience and draws new business to the table. From tweaking to launching, our team is experienced, innovative and hungry for your success.

THE RIDGE HOTEL

Since Paloma took over management of The Ridge Hotel in 2011, the 146-room facility has seen over a 30% boost in business and is on its second phase of extensive renovations, including the launch of two new dining outlets plus a full rebranding effort. Much of The Ridge Hotel's financial success -- including higher average daily rates and group sales -- is ultimately tied to Paloma's unique understanding of the golf and business customer profile, a driving force in the hotel's new look, feel and amenities.

THE INNS OF GENEVA NATIONAL

This suite of six secluded villas represent the pinnacle of group golf lodging, as each villa offers deluxe common space and six private guest rooms overlooking Geneva National's award-winning Gary Player course. Using its keen insight into corporate retreats and golf guests, Paloma renovated the interior and exterior of each Inn, strategically marketed this collection as boutique group lodging, and set the skilled staff in place. Within three years of acquisition, Paloma increased revenue by 71%
and profit by more than 311%.
