GOLF COURSE MANAGEMENT
For decades, Paloma has created and operated award-winning, championship golf courses – including the Palmer, Player and Trevino trifecta that is Geneva National. We live life on the course – as does our team – and we understand the intricacies involved in operating both private and public golf resorts, from scheduling
and agronomy to lodging, marketing and food and beverage. Unlike most golf management firms,
Paloma contributes unique hospitality expertise that offers timely insight into social and market trends,
current service standards, technology and opportunities for diversification through partnerships
and income streams that will elevate your course to the resort league.
WHAT MAKES PALOMA A LEADER IN THE GOLF INDUSTRY?
AGRONOMY

We view golf course conditions as critical, creating sustainable and environmentally friendly maintenance practices optimized to meet budget and exceed
golfer expectations.
PERSPECTIVE

Our big-picture focus goes beyond the greens to each golfer's dining experience, staff encounter, clubhouse impression, instructional and social opportunities, and every detail in between.
EXPERIENCE

We've built award-winning public and private courses and communities from the ground up ... and salvaged that many more. We've learned from the past and exercise wisdom moving forward.
GRIT

We don't let our love for the game muddy our business approach. We tenaciously pursue excellence for each client, unafraid to suggest innovative solutions that literally change course. We don't give up.

CIMARRON HILLS: FROM THE GROUND UP
With a very hands-on approach to design and development, Paloma grand-scale vision took this rolling Georgetown, Texas ranch and transformed it into a 1,000-acre country club community with a 7,300-yard championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The Chambers family conducted vast research into Tuscany architecture, historic East Coast courses and West Coast golf communities before executing the land plan for Chambers' third golf development with Mr. Nicklaus in addition to Dove Canyon and Bear Creek.

TAN TARA: REDESIGN & REPOSITIONING
When Paloma stepped in, this Tonawanda, NY course was losing half a million a year and using an old barn as a clubhouse. Paloma vision took this property to $1M in annual earnings and a full membership count by prioritizing beautification and maintenance issues, modifying the course design, restructuring private membership, rehabbing the clubhouse and enhancing the overall destination experience.
