GARTH L. CHAMBERS - President
Garth Chambers is the President of Paloma Resort Properties, leading the company’s overall vision, strategic planning and expanding portfolio of hotel and resort properties. Garth has
been around the business his whole life and his success is distinguished by a conscientious approach toward clients, employees, and communities, which are the same principles
the company was founded upon.
Prior to Paloma Resort Properties, Garth worked for California-based Lewis Operating Corporation, where his focus was on the planning and development of large-scale subdivisions and master planned communities throughout Southern California. Garth graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Business degree and a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He is an active member of YPO and sits on the Board of Directors for Visit Lake Geneva.
Garth currently resides in Lake Geneva, WI with his wife, KC, and their two boys.
DAWN MALL - Chief Financial Officer
Dawn began working with Paloma Resort Properties in 1996 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. Not only is she skilled at managing the finances of golf and resort properties, Dawn has an exceptional ability to analyze operations, find revenue and savings opportunities while always focusing on delivering a high quality experience to the customer. Through Dawn’s leadership, Paloma excels at Daily Fee Club Operations, Private Member Club Operations, Hotel Resort Operations and POA/HOA Management. Other areas of expertise include accounting for non-profits, construction accounting, software and hardware management including conversions and migrations, insurance analysis, audit oversight, sales tax compliance, cash flows forecasting, credit and finance, and operational controls.
BARBARA KARABAS - Corporate Director of Human Resources
As Corporate Director of Human Resources at Paloma Resorts, Barbara oversees all aspects of HR for Paloma’s multiple hospitality outlets. She is responsible for the company’s state and federal reporting, OSHA compliance, and corporate policies and procedures as well as the many facets related to employment -- from associate recruitment and retention to performance management, compensation, and benefits. A highly skilled listener, negotiator, guide and coach – a priceless skill set for our invaluable HR lead.
